The course was very thorough and set me up well to pass the skills test with ease! Instructions were very clear for accessing the skills testing station, and you have everything you need once you get inside. Be sure to watch the videos they send in an email before doing your skills testing, they are very helpful!Posted on Precy MaduliTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Booked a ACLS Renewal “course” online. The location is great - however there is NO ONE to greet, assist or open the Safety Seminars office Space. Unless you received the door instructions - this was difficult to do without assistance from an office stranger. The first Manikin took 4-5 attempts and being exhausted, was not letting me pass the Compressions/Ambu bag test. Thankfully i switched to Station B and passed the test. While it was disclaimed “No Staff will be there to assist, but you can call for customer service” - after calling there was no staff or person to help. There was a ring camera watching the station - but it seemed it didnt matter. Paying almost $250 to just do most of the work online, and do 100 percent of the “classwork” DIY was not worth it. As an “older” nurse, i still recommend to seek an in-person class facilitation.
